When ordering invitations, how many extra invitations should I order?
For weddings, we recommend 20 to 30 extra invitations. For everyday invitations or announcements, we recommend
10 to 20 extra invitations or announcements.
What if I need more invitations after I have placed an order?
When more invitations are needed, it is just like starting over. If an invitation is in stock, then additional invitations
can be printed immediately. Wedding invitations need to be reordered from the printer and are costly, so it is best
to order extra invitations when placing your initial order.
Will you provide wording suggestions for my invitations?
Yes, we will do whatever possible to make the process easy for you. However, if you want to see sample verses
please go to the Wording section of the website or email us.
Can the wording be printed in a different language?
Yes, any wording can be translated and printed to suit your individual needs.
Can I order online or by phone?
You are welcome to order by phone and via email if you know what you are looking for. Or you can order invitations
directly from the online store - go to Invitations and follow the link. If you have any trouble in the ordering process
doesn’t hesitate to call or email us. When your order has been filled you can either pick up your order from our studio
or have it shipped for an additional fee.
When ordering a proof, what will I actually receive?
An online or fax proof is sent for final approval of wording and font selection.
Where can I view your fonts?
Follow the Invitations link and you will see a link for Fonts.
What if I want to cancel a printed order after I have received a proof, but before it is printed?
If printing has not yet begun, an order may be cancelled and all money refunded (minus a $10.00 processing fee).
Do you address envelopes?
Yes, we can print mailing address, return addresses and computer calligraphy on formal invitations. See Services for
pricing information. We can even stamp and mail the invitations for you if you prefer.
Do you provide Hand Calligraphy Services?
No, we do not but can recommend someone who will or we can do computer calligraphy.
When is my Credit Card charged and what forms of payment do you accept?
Your credit card will be billed for 50% at the time you place your order. When the order is complete the balance is due.
We accept all credit cards. Personal or Business Checks may also be used for payment.
There is a $30 fee for a returned check.
