Proofs are sent out within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. All orders leave EBTS within 3 business days from the time you approve your proof (pending stock availability). For an additional $25 you may select Expedited Turnaround, which allows your order to be printed and shipped 1 business day from the time you approve your proof (pending stock availability).
EBTS offers Standard Ground (5-7 business days), Air (3-5 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) shipping. You may also choose to do in-store pick up if you are in the South Miami area.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If an order is printed incorrectly by EBTS, we will reprint it and ship it at our expense. Please double check a proof before approving it! Once you have approved the proof it will be printed as is. You are welcome to see as many proofs as you like. The first 2 are free of charge and additional proofs are billed at $1.50 each. Proofs can either be sent to you via email, fax or mail.
There is a $10.00 cancellation fee for orders that are cancelled after a proof has been delivered.
Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
